The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Eliseo Bittor the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Luganeros AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Eliseo Bittor had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Gabriel Porfiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maxim Tsigalko's shot from short distance in the 47th minute.
