Jens-Åke Källberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Krzynowek in the 41st minute of play. After some careless play in the Scarlet Speedster defense, Torgny Landin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Naldo Proença. The Scarlet Speedster fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Naldo Proença should have stopped the shot. 92 minutes into the match, Torgny Landin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Naldo Proença. Scarlet Speedster's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Torgny Landin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Boca Juniors's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
