Lesardo Alavedra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adalmo Saldanha succeeded in the game's 12th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Evander Zabel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaspar Serradell in the 15th minute of play. Deportivo Alavés's Evander Zabel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 罗振剑 in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Vincent Solera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baladi Barsi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wiggo Wipp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baladi Barsi having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Deportivo Alavés's Lesardo Alavedra dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Corinthians Colombiano's Baladi Barsi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lesardo Alavedra in the 37th minute of play. Wiggo Wipp struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Baladi Barsi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Alavés. 40 minutes into the match, Corinthians Colombiano's goal looked a bit too open when Vincent Solera came free, but Baladi Barsi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiggo Wipp in the 47th minute of play forced Corinthians Colombiano's goalkeeper Baladi Barsi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baladi Barsi was out of position in the 47 minute of play, and Wiggo Wipp capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Wiggo Wipp really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lesardo Alavedra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Lesardo Alavedra notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Corinthians Colombiano's Baladi Barsi. Baladi Barsi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Baladi Barsi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lesardo Alavedra, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Baladi Barsi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wiggo Wipp in the 61st minute of the match. Evander Zabel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karol Sierocki, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Alavés's Wiggo Wipp got a free kick in the 70th minute. Baladi Barsi came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Alavés's Lesardo Alavedra. But to his dismay, Lesardo Alavedra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Baladi Barsi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vincent Solera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Corinthians Colombiano's Gaspar Serradell got a free kick in the 79th minute. Deportivo Alavés made a substitution. Plauto Bouzon replaced Sergi Gómez. After 81 played minutes Corinthians Colombiano got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Serradell. 86 minutes into the game, one of Corinthians Colombiano:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Deportivo Alavés's Javi Moreno was substituted for Vincent Solera. Corinthians Colombiano's Baladi Barsi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lesardo Alavedra in the 94th minute of play. The supporters of Deportivo Alavés booed when Corinthians Colombiano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filip Borza didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Deportivo Alavés fans' excitement grew in the 97th match minute when Deportivo Alavés's Lesardo Alavedra looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. For all the effort they put into the match, the Corinthians Colombiano players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Deportivo Alavés.
