GuateFortín were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Flamengo de San Blás's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pablo Mora took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Pablo Mora got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Luis Castillero quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 92nd minute of the game Pablo Mora made a throw-in which Thierry Henry played forward. Flamengo de San Blás's Luis Castillero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thierry Henry in the 93rd minute of play. In the 95th minute Wiliam Lozano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nery Pumpido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 97th minute of the match Flamengo de San Blás got a corner. GuateFortín's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mats Kindermans ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Mats Kindermans almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but GuateFortín's Nery Pumpido did a great save. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. GuateFortín had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
