The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gheorghe Baldovin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdinand Condrea, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Gabriel Vermeşan got in the 19th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Gheorghe Baldovin handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Marius Bunoaică could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but 彭树邦 made a huge save. After a rather tough play, FC Buzău's Leonard Aanuţei got a free kick in the 86th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marius Bunoaică got free with 彭树邦 in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leonard Aanuţei struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. 彭树邦 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Buzău. FC Buzău were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
