The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Argentina's Lev Yashin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Argentina from getting a goal against them. In the 5th minute, Benedicto Naelio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Argentina fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Mustafa Arif Korcan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedicto Naelio in the 8th minute of the match. Lev Yashin came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Sergio Mustafa. But to his dismay, Sergio Mustafa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 24 minutes into the match, Argentina's goal looked a bit too open when Bennvar Björkänge came free, but Lev Yashin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Argentina's Lev Yashin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bennvar Björkänge in the 25th minute of play. Benedicto Naelio might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mustafa Arif Korcan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benedicto Naelio ran back to his position shaking his head. Mustafa Arif Korcan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedicto Naelio, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedicto Naelio in the 33rd minute of play forced C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's goalkeeper Mustafa Arif Korcan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Argentina's Lev Yashin got control of the ball when Sergio Mustafa tried to sneak it across the goal line. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Isaac Incendio managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Amador Gabino in the 38 minute of the game. In the 39th minute, Sergio Mustafa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Petter Danielsson got a free kick in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benedicto Naelio was the one to do the kick off. Argentina's Lev Yashin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Incendio in the 52nd minute of play. Seb Gentiletti hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute, Isaac Incendio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's goalkeeper Mustafa Arif Korcan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Benedicto Naelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mustafa Arif Korcan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Naelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Mustafa Arif Korcan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save C.U.E. DE COMERCIO from getting a goal against them. In the 81st minute Isaac Incendio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lev Yashin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Argentina's Loco Durazno was substituted for Benedicto Naelio. Argentina's Roman Gregory was substituted for Abelardo Perutxo. In the 84th minute C.U.E. DE COMERCIO were awarded a corner. Teodoro Nikola went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Argentina's goalie and right to Cheng Zhan Sheng. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Argentina's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 86th minute Roman Gregory shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Arif Korcan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Argentina's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gregorio Urtsin in the 87th minute. The corner led Argentina's Gregorio Urtsin to fire away a dangerous shot which Mustafa Arif Korcan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Lev Yashin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cheng Zhan Sheng in the 90th minute of the match. Mustafa Arif Korcan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Eufrasio in the 91st minute of play. Mustafa Arif Korcan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Loco Durazno, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Mustafa Arif Korcan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loco Durazno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO had won after a very even match.
