ΕΛΛΗΣΠΟΝΤΟΣ's Omiros Ntounos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiburcio Luix in the 9th minute of play. Omiros Ntounos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Martínez in the 12th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Tiburcio Luix had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Omiros Ntounos. ΕΛΛΗΣΠΟΝΤΟΣ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tiburcio Luix was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Omiros Ntounos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Huang Kang Zhen, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. If Thanasis Vouzakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to ΕΛΛΗΣΠΟΝΤΟΣ getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Minas Vardakas hit a great ball. Francis Jamieson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Omiros Ntounos. ΕΛΛΗΣΠΟΝΤΟΣ's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Omiros Ntounos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Agustin Tab's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Cuervo Loco FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Francis Jamieson in the 29th minute. Maximo Charro was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Omiros Ntounos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustin Tab, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bogdan Stelea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paris Georgiadis in the 37th minute of the match. After having played for 38 minutes, Thanasis Vouzakis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ΕΛΛΗΣΠΟΝΤΟΣ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thanasis Vouzakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonardo Ponzio hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Francis Jamieson kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, ΕΛΛΗΣΠΟΝΤΟΣ's Farid Delecroix broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 44th minute, Paris Georgiadis made a precise shot to the right of Bogdan Stelea. Cuervo Loco FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Huang Kang Zhen was the one to do the kick off. After 56 minutes Cuervo Loco FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Farid Delecroix who took care of the corner kick. Huang Kang Zhen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Omiros Ntounos made a huge save. In the 60th minute, Paris Georgiadis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bogdan Stelea was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. ΕΛΛΗΣΠΟΝΤΟΣ's Omiros Ntounos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save ΕΛΛΗΣΠΟΝΤΟΣ from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in ΕΛΛΗΣΠΟΝΤΟΣ's zone, Lautaro Martínez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Omiros Ntounos came out of the goal and Lautaro Martínez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustin Tab in the 70th minute of play forced ΕΛΛΗΣΠΟΝΤΟΣ's goalkeeper Omiros Ntounos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ΕΛΛΗΣΠΟΝΤΟΣ's Omiros Ntounos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiburcio Luix in the 82nd minute of play.
