The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bogumil Pochorylo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Guillermo Olivar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogumil Pochorylo in the 25th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Atilano Beat in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cengiz Bozbey saved Lions Of Turks from getting behind. Guillermo Olivar made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Nihat Candar sent off a good shot on target. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peñaflor AFC's goalkeeper Guillermo Olivar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 42 minutes, Augusto Iago mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Peñaflor AFC and the Lions Of Turks players grew even worse after the yellow card. Augusto Iago hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match.

The wind increased when Bogumil Pochorylo made the kick off in the second half. Atilano Beat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Cengiz Bozbey made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Namık Hafız during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Augusto Iago made in the 82nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Justo Santikurtz however managed to control. Rodrigo Acosta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Lions Of Turks defense, Timoteo Unai kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cengiz Bozbey. The Lions Of Turks fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cengiz Bozbey should have stopped the shot. 91 minutes into the match, Bogumil Pochorylo notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Peñaflor AFC's Guillermo Olivar. Guillermo Olivar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Çetin Özdoru during the 96th minute.
