Jonatan Tolino started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Jens Van Dessel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wei Chao Yi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, Deportivo el Divague's goalkeeper Wei Chao Yi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zoel Losantos. A hard shot 7 in the game by Jens Van Dessel from a close distance when the talented Wei Chao Yi managed to make a qualified save. Deportivo el Divague's players were relieved. Teodoro Rafe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wei Chao Yi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens Van Dessel in the 14th minute of play. After some careless play in the LUPO f.c defense, Jonatan Tolino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lev Yashin. The LUPO f.c fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lev Yashin should have stopped the shot. Ignacio Abaurre hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. It was beautiful to see LUPO f.c's Otávio Dracena in action when he in the 24th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Deportivo el Divague's Wei Chao Yi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens Van Dessel in the 25th minute of play. Lev Yashin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonatan Tolino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute, LUPO f.c's Jens Van Dessel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens Van Dessel in the 42nd minute of play forced Deportivo el Divague's goalkeeper Wei Chao Yi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lev Yashin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Tolino in the 44th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teodoro Rafe in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wei Chao Yi saved Deportivo el Divague from getting behind. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jens Van Dessel was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Zoel Losantos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wei Chao Yi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 56 minutes into the game, LUPO f.c's Jens Van Dessel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wei Chao Yi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Octavio Vellito during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wei Chao Yi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haarald Sauna in the 65th minute of the match. Wei Chao Yi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens Van Dessel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lev Yashin made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Jonatan Tolino sent off a good shot on target. Wei Chao Yi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens Van Dessel, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. When Mădălin Penciulescu fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo el Divague's protests and gave Mădălin Penciulescu a yellow card for diving instead. LUPO f.c's Nicanor Pierres was substituted for Cecilio Valiente. In the 96th minute, Mădălin Penciulescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the LUPO f.c players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
