The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Damiano Santagata took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Basilio Barrientos. Basilio Barrientos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Basilio Barrientos came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Eşeği Saldım Çayıra's Damiano Santagata. But to his dismay, Damiano Santagata quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. A collision led to USS Enterprise getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Zé Carlos Lira hit a great ball. 14 minutes into the match, Damiano Santagata notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of USS Enterprise's Basilio Barrientos. Basilio Barrientos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the USS Enterprise defense, Damiano Santagata kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Basilio Barrientos. The USS Enterprise fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Basilio Barrientos should have stopped the shot. Damiano Santagata scored 5-0 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Basilio Barrientos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 26 minutes into the game, Damiano Santagata recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Basilio Barrientos. Damiano Santagata showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-0. USS Enterprise's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Damiano Santagata scored to the left of an out of position Basilio Barrientos, making the score, 7-0. 35 minutes into the match, Eşeği Saldım Çayıra's Damiano Santagata sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Basilio Barrientos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Damiano Santagata's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Basilio Barrientos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 38 minutes, Damiano Santagata made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. USS Enterprise's Basilio Barrientos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. From close distance Damiano Santagata pressed in the 9-0 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 41 minutes into the game. Basilio Barrientos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lenny Verheijden in the 45th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julien Zaugg to strike the kick off in the second half. Basilio Barrientos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damiano Santagata went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. The Eşeği Saldım Çayıra fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Eşeği Saldım Çayıra's Damiano Santagata looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 11-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. USS Enterprise's Basilio Barrientos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damiano Santagata in the 62nd minute of play. Lenny Verheijden struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Basilio Barrientos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eşeği Saldım Çayıra. After 65 minutes of play, Eşeği Saldım Çayıra's Damiano Santagata made it 12-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Basilio Barrientos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eşeği Saldım Çayıra made a substitution. Güney Olcay replaced Lenny Verheijden. Eşeği Saldım Çayıra made a substitution. Mario Zapata replaced Damiano Santagata. 71 minutes into the match, Eşeği Saldım Çayıra's goalkeeper Nando Muslera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julien Zaugg. After a defensive mix-up in USS Enterprise's zone, Mario Zapata stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basilio Barrientos came out of the goal and Mario Zapata tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mario Zapata took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Basilio Barrientos. Basilio Barrientos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 13-0. 77 minutes into the match, Mario Zapata had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Basilio Barrientos. USS Enterprise's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mario Zapata was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 14-0. Mario Zapata scored 15-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Basilio Barrientos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jérôme Schmit recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eşeği Saldım Çayıra's Abdurrahim Ateş quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Zé Carlos Lira, made in the 87th minute of the game. In the 88th minute Mario Zapata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Barrientos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Mario Zapata notched a goal, 16-0, to the right of USS Enterprise's Basilio Barrientos. Basilio Barrientos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the USS Enterprise defense, Mario Zapata kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Basilio Barrientos. The USS Enterprise fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Basilio Barrientos should have stopped the shot. Eşeği Saldım Çayıra walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
