Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vacid Nefer in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Renan Melo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roman Koenig got free with Turgut Talha in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Turgut Talha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roman Koenig's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Turgut Talha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charlie Boström in the 19th minute of the match. In the 25th minute Vacid Nefer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renan Melo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28thth minute of the game Vacid Nefer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.A. Francana's Renan Melo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Turgut Talha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Campos in the 29th minute of the match. Renan Melo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vacid Nefer, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After a rather tough play, Club Deportivo Español's Flavio Botello got a free kick in the 32nd minute. A collision led to Club Deportivo Español getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Vítor Carioca hit a great ball. Francisco Secco, 34 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Turgut Talha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elliott Bergsten in the 38th minute of play. Club Deportivo Español's Turgut Talha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Club Deportivo Español from getting a goal against them. The referee felt a red card was in order, 41 minutes into the game, when Joaquin Hug put in a rough tackle.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vacid Nefer made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Club Deportivo Español's Matias Chayo got a free kick in the 51st minute. Club Deportivo Español's Turgut Talha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Koenig in the 58th minute of play. Turgut Talha came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by A.A. Francana's Charlie Boström. But to his dismay, Charlie Boström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. A collision led to Club Deportivo Español getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Kris Chamberlain hit a great ball. In the 65th minute of the match Francisco Secco sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Turgut Talha skillfully saved the ball. Turgut Talha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Koenig, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After 73 minutes, Vítor Carioca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Deportivo Español and the A.A. Francana players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 73rd match minute, Club Deportivo Español was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vítor Carioca to maneuver through the defense. Francana booed when Club Deportivo Español was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kris Chamberlain didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute of the match Francisco Secco sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Turgut Talha skillfully saved the ball. In the 96th minute, Charlie Boström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.A. Francana fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Club Deportivo Español's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
