Nestor Cortez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danilo Maranhense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 0-1 became the score in the 5th minute when 冯永宽 elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Danilo Maranhense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Cortez having to interfere. Saul Montrel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Illinois Bluewaters getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Güneş İltemur hit a great ball. Lobos de Carelia's Nestor Cortez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Maranhense in the 35th minute of play. Roger Myles was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cristobal Lia showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 38 minute of play. Illinois Bluewaters's Roger Myles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Montrel in the 41st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Maranhense in the 43rd minute of play forced Lobos de Carelia's goalkeeper Nestor Cortez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Danilo Maranhense to make the kick off. Illinois Bluewaters's Roger Myles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Montrel in the 54th minute of play. With a little luck, Lobos de Carelia's Nestor Cortez got control of the ball when Danilo Maranhense tried to sneak it across the goal line. 57 minutes into the game, Lobos de Carelia's Eusebio Rios nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roger Myles made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. In the 61st minute, Lewis Whitmore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roger Myles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristobal Lia in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prospero Perico in the 68th minute of play forced Illinois Bluewaters's goalkeeper Roger Myles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Danilo Maranhense notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Lobos de Carelia's Nestor Cortez. Nestor Cortez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Şeray Gürgen came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Illinois Bluewaters fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Şeray Gürgen couldn't finish the play. Illinois Bluewaters's Roger Myles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Montrel in the 77th minute of play. Danilo Maranhense hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. 87 minutes into the match, Illinois Bluewaters's goal looked a bit too open when Pavao Zadro came free, but Roger Myles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lobos de Carelia's Nestor Cortez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Lobos de Carelia from getting a goal against them. Sal Jarrell hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. After 95 minutes of play, Lobos de Carelia's Pavao Zadro made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roger Myles was left in no man's land by his defense there!
