Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Belgrano's Leonides Geofredo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5th play minutes Leonides Geofredo shot 1-0, a short shot which went by German Txatxu and just under the crossbar into goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Pascual Feliz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belgrano's supporters rose to their feet, but Pascual Feliz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. German Txatxu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leonides Geofredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teobaldo Derwin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oscar Pepillo kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Abelardo Oier took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mariano Bidun. Mariano Bidun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Leonides Geofredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without German Txatxu having to interfere. In the 31stth minute of the game Abelardo Oier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Belgrano's Mariano Bidun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pascual Feliz got free with German Txatxu in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Belgrano's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Candido Lando in the 35th minute. A nice corner shot did that Candido Lando got away a dangerous shot. Despite this German Txatxu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 38th match minute, Belgrano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Candido Lando to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes into the match, Belgrano's Leonides Geofredo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that German Txatxu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Belgrano booed when Ciudacita AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Maria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonides Geofredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. German Txatxu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teobaldo Derwin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Leonides Geofredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without German Txatxu having to interfere. Pascual Feliz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without German Txatxu having to make a save. After 57 minutes, Oscar Pepillo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Belgrano and the Ciudacita AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 57 played minutes Belgrano got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Pepillo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pascual Feliz in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck German Txatxu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 63 minutes, Teobaldo Derwin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ciudacita AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teobaldo Derwin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mariano Bidun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobaldo Derwin in the 69th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Pascual Feliz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but German Txatxu was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. German Txatxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascual Feliz in the 73rd minute of play. German Txatxu came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Belgrano's Leonides Geofredo. But to his dismay, Leonides Geofredo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Oscar Pepillo was shown his second yellow card after 80 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Belgrano's Oscar Pepillo got a free kick in the 81st minute. 82 minutes into the match, Belgrano's goalkeeper Mariano Bidun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abelardo Oier. Leonides Geofredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Abelardo Oier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Belgrano booed when Ciudacita AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudio Dino didn't get a good kick on the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
