Luro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave East Warmongers the free kick. In the 21st minute, Theofilos Likouriotis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The East Warmongers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saverio Lalla during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Luro's Saverio Lalla got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Juan Quinteros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iraklis Kriaropoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. East Warmongers's Apostolis Vasiliadis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save East Warmongers from getting a goal against them. 42 minutes into the match, Luro's goal looked a bit too open when Theofilos Likouriotis came free, but Juan Quinteros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulino Gaufred received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Apostolis Vasiliadis came out and tried to block the shot, but Paulino Gaufred slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 45th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Theofilos Likouriotis to strike the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, East Warmongers's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Refugio came free, but Apostolis Vasiliadis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iraklis Kriaropoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Juan Quinteros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Telis Tarsinos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to East Warmongers getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Panagiotis Papadimoulis hit a great ball. In the 70th minute Theofilos Likouriotis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Quinteros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aris Tirogalos kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in East Warmongers's zone, Saverio Lalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Apostolis Vasiliadis came out of the goal and Saverio Lalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. German Tabor kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Juan Quinteros stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Theofilos Likouriotis's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. After 90 minutes, Telis Tarsinos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the East Warmongers and the Luro players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 90th match minute, East Warmongers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Telis Tarsinos to maneuver through the defense. East Warmongers's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
