When Eloy Sanson fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vagues's protests and gave Eloy Sanson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th minute, Eloy Sanson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee ignored Vagues's protests and gave Cecilio Quirze a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Vagues's Cecilio Quirze got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 18th minute, Laureano Jeraldo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vicente Dalmai was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 24th minute, Clodoveo Horado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vagues fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Carrizal's Hermengildo Pero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Carrizal from getting a goal against them. 2-2 became the score in the 31st minute when Epifanio Millano elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Laureano Jeraldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Dalmai having to interfere. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Ciceron stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Epifanio Millano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hermengildo Pero. Carrizal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Epifanio Millano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. After 57 played minutes, Vagues's Silvano Elija shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hermengildo Pero came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vagues reached it. 3-3 became the score in the 60th minute when Laureano Jeraldo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 69th minute Joel Ciceron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Dalmai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute of the match Carrizal got a corner. Vagues's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vicente Olo ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Carrizal's corner Vicente Olo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vicente Dalmai quite easily take care of the ball. Vagues's Cecilio Quirze got his second yellow card of the match in the 74th minute. The referee ordered Cecilio Quirze off the ground. In the 74th minute, Cecilio Quirze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the game, Laureano Jeraldo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-4. Vicente Dalmai was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 79 minutes into the match, Carrizal's goal looked a bit too open when Clodoveo Horado came free, but Hermengildo Pero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Ciceron in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vicente Dalmai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rodrigo Chesus kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Joel Ciceron succeeded in the game's 87th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-5. In the 90th match minute, Vagues was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvano Elija to maneuver through the defense. Vicente Olo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 91st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 92nd minute by Laureano Jeraldo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Carrizal's Joel Ciceron got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vicente Dalmai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Laureano Jeraldo in the 96th minute. The Carrizal players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
