Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Sommerein's Stefan Daun started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Juan Quinteros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Daun in the 2nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Daun in the 5th minute of play forced Luro's goalkeeper Juan Quinteros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juan Quinteros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulrich Krützfeld, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Thomas Geske's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juan Quinteros was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. 13 minutes into the match, Luro's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Daun came free, but Juan Quinteros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Quinteros stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stefan Daun's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Wilhelm Rittel's late challenge caught a Luro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilhelm Rittel helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Sommerein getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Wilhelm Rittel hit a great ball. Peter Sudhoff took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Refugio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saverio Lalla came free with the goalkeeper in the 44th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Peter Sudhoff could save by the left post. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Freddy Refugio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Stefan Daun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Stefan Daun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Sommerein's Stefan Daun in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Luro's goalie prevented a goal. Filomeno Cuartio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Sudhoff having to interfere. In the 81st minute Saverio Lalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Sudhoff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Thomas Geske could shoot a difficult shot in the 86th minute, which Juan Quinteros however easily saved by the left post. After having played for 87 minutes, Ralf Katzer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sommerein's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ralf Katzer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Sommerein booed when Luro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Favila didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Sommerein supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sommerein would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
