Enzo Luongo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignatius Galo in the 2nd minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Bruno Antognoni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 4 minutes had been played when some careless play by Italy's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kostas Loukas was slow to take the kick. During this time Skyfall's players had a chance to rest. After having played for 5 minutes, Caio Pinto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skyfall's supporters crossed their fingers, but Caio Pinto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cosimo Laudadio took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruno Antognoni. Bruno Antognoni dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Enzo Luongo scored 1-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bradley Allcock, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 21 minutes of play, Italy's Enzo Luongo made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bradley Allcock was left in no man's land by his defense there! 27 minutes into the match, Enzo Luongo notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Skyfall's Bradley Allcock. Bradley Allcock was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Skyfall's Bradley Allcock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Luongo in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Skyfall's Cosimo Laudadio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bruno Antognoni. Bruno Antognoni yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Enzo Luongo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Italy's supporters rose to their feet, but Enzo Luongo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bradley Allcock breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bruno Antognoni made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Cosimo Laudadio sent off a good shot on target. Italy's Rui Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th match minute, Italy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattia Hummels to maneuver through the defense. Cosimo Laudadio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruno Antognoni having to make a save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cosimo Laudadio was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosimo Laudadio in the 53rd minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Bruno Antognoni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Antognoni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcinho de Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After 77 played minutes Skyfall got a freekick which was hit by Radowit Loncki. Italy's Armando Natalucci was substituted for Enzo Luongo. Skyfall made a substitution. Harriet Moron replaced Attilio Franceschelli. After 79 played minutes Skyfall got a freekick which was hit by Radowit Loncki. With a little luck, Skyfall's Bradley Allcock got control of the ball when Armando Natalucci tried to sneak it across the goal line. Skyfall's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Armando Natalucci scored to the left of an out of position Bradley Allcock, making the score, 2-4. The Italy fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when Italy's Armando Natalucci looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match was over Italy could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Skyfall throughout the match.
