Spectators: 413 (Terracing: 316, Seating: 97, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Vicente Leocadio got the match started through his kick off. Leonel Mattin charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonel Mattin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 2nd match minute, Palmitas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Mattin to maneuver through the defense. Abelardo Grabiel's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 6thth minute, Ulises Olivar skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Rigoberto Ordono came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Galatasaray GS's Ginyo Mechenov. But to his dismay, Ginyo Mechenov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Francisco Librado hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Joel Sjögren's late challenge caught a Palmitas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joel Sjögren helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Galatasaray GS's Joel Sjögren got a free kick in the 14th minute. Rigoberto Ordono took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven Björk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rigoberto Ordono made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven Björk in the 18th minute of play. Rigoberto Ordono didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ginyo Mechenov went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The supporters of Galatasaray GS booed when Palmitas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damaso Handi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulises Olivar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emiliano Oliviero in the 38th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Palmitas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sven Björk came free, but Rigoberto Ordono reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jaroslaw Majkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven Björk in the 48th minute of play forced Palmitas FC's goalkeeper Rigoberto Ordono to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ginyo Mechenov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Palmitas FC's Rigoberto Ordono proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Palmitas FC from getting a goal against them. Ulises Olivar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Grabiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Ginyo Mechenov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Rigoberto Ordono made a huge save. In the 59th minute, Venancio Florinio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 60 minutes of play, Galatasaray GS's Roberto Dalmai made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rigoberto Ordono was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Palmitas FC booed when Galatasaray GS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Björk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sven Björk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Rigoberto Ordono made a huge save. 68 minutes into the match, Galatasaray GS's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislao Suero came free, but Ulises Olivar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute, Francisco Librado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ginyo Mechenov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rigoberto Ordono read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Ulises Olivar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abelardo Grabiel's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. The supporters of Galatasaray GS booed when Palmitas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Librado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Galatasaray GS's Roberto Dalmai got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 81st minute, Joel Sjögren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaroslaw Majkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rigoberto Ordono having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Emiliano Oliviero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 87th minute by Roberto Dalmai got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 94 minutes of play, Galatasaray GS's Sven Björk made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rigoberto Ordono was left in no man's land by his defense there!

Galatasaray GS's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
