The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Stat Veritas FC got a freekick which was hit by Glauco Sarmento. Fernando Dantae's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celso Javiar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Milferio's Terry Jamieson got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 20 minutes of play, Milferio's Terry Jamieson made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mauricio Erramun was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 28th match minute, Milferio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Cucao to maneuver through the defense. Mauricio Erramun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Terry Jamieson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Terry Jamieson took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mauricio Erramun. Mauricio Erramun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 37th minute Terry Jamieson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauricio Erramun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 47 played minutes Stat Veritas FC got a freekick which was hit by Avram Balțoi. The Stat Veritas FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Milferio were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fernando Dantae to make the kick off. When Fernando Dantae came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Stat Veritas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernando Dantae couldn't finish the play. Lucjan Degutis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauricio Erramun having to interfere. Stat Veritas FC's Ziemowit Dembowski was substituted for Fernando Dantae. Stat Veritas FC's Roger Gili was substituted for Pepe Argento. Stat Veritas FC made a substitution. Stian Hestvik replaced Wincent Lizewski. Stat Veritas FC's Ziemowit Dembowski got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roger Gili kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Milferio made a substitution. Prospero Avellaneda replaced Terry Jamieson. After a rather tough play, Stat Veritas FC's Apolo Modestio got a free kick in the 91st minute. After 93 minutes, Justo Montrel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stat Veritas FC and the Milferio players grew even worse after the yellow card. Justo Montrel hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prospero Avellaneda in the 95th minute of play forced Stat Veritas FC's goalkeeper Mauricio Erramun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Stat Veritas FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Milferio to win.
