In the 6th minute, Reginald Burns left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Renegade AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. With a little luck, Renegade AFC's César Prestes got control of the ball when Dante Hondo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 16 minutes, Cory Grover mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Renegade AFC and the Concordia players grew even worse after the yellow card. A hard shot 17 in the game by Dante Hondo from a close distance when the talented César Prestes managed to make a qualified save. Renegade AFC's players were relieved. César Prestes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dante Hondo in the 20th minute of play. In the 25th minute Concordia were awarded a corner. Edgar Motta went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to Renegade AFC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Robbie Busch hit a great ball. Edgar Motta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. César Prestes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Oso, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Reginald Burns put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Agustin Ereinotz. 35 minutes into the game, Dante Hondo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. César Prestes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dante Hondos short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got César Prestes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Renegade AFC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Johnathon Uribe hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dante Hondo in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg César Prestes saved Renegade AFC from getting behind. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Reginald Burns to strike the kick off in the second half. César Prestes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hektor Hasan in the 55th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dante Hondo in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck César Prestes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 58th minute Dante Hondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but César Prestes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. During the 60th minute of the match Cory Grover completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Cory Grover a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 61st match minute, Renegade AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cory Grover to maneuver through the defense. After taking down the ball on Concordia's corner Antonio Gar fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and César Prestes quite easily take care of the ball. In the 74thth minute of the game Dante Hondo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Renegade AFC's César Prestes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 76 minutes Renegade AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antonio Gar who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Remigio Mosen heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 78th minute, Serhan Kayaer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Concordia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Socorro in the 81st minute of play forced Renegade AFC's goalkeeper César Prestes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute Dante Hondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but César Prestes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Serhan Kayaer notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Renegade AFC's César Prestes. César Prestes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 89 minutes into the match, Renegade AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Dante Hondo came free, but César Prestes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonio Gar took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised César Prestes. César Prestes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. 94 minutes into the match, Renegade AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Dante Hondo came free, but César Prestes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Edgar Motta fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Concordia's protests and gave Edgar Motta a yellow card for diving instead. In the 94th minute, Edgar Motta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
