Leandro Meireles made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Leandro Meireles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofil Pisarcik in the 20th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teofil Pisarcik in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leandro Meireles prevented the ball from getting in the gole. EDI MZB's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ma Lang Liang in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute, Ursus Erler left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dennis Roelfs in the 30th minute of play forced Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's goalkeeper Leandro Meireles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 32 minutes, Teofil Pisarcik made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's Leandro Meireles tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Dennis Roelfs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Leandro Meireles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leandro Meireles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delfim Chaves in the 37th minute of the match. Dennis Roelfs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Leandro Meireles made a huge save. Hortêncio Mandrak in the 43rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leandro Meireles, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Miguel Poças to strike the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Poças. Leandro Meireles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dennis Roelfs in the 52nd minute of the match. Osvaldo Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rui Trigueiro in the 53rd minute of play. Leandro Meireles came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by EDI MZB's Teofil Pisarcik. But to his dismay, Teofil Pisarcik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. A collision led to Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Rui Trigueiro hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute, Ma Lang Liang sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's Leandro Meireles didn't even have to move. 65 minutes into the match, Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Roelfs came free, but Leandro Meireles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leandro Meireles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hortêncio Mandrak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the match, Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Roelfs came free, but Leandro Meireles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's Miguel Poças got a free kick in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofil Pisarcik in the 78th minute of play forced Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's goalkeeper Leandro Meireles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Dennis Roelfs sped through Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leandro Meireles. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's goalkeeper Leandro Meireles, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dennis Roelfs in the 86th minute of play forced Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's goalkeeper Leandro Meireles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's Leandro Meireles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Roelfs in the 87th minute of play. After 87 played minutes Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Poças. A collision led to Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Miguel Poças hit a great ball. Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's Leandro Meireles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofil Pisarcik in the 91st minute of play. Osvaldo Neto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Carneiro in the 93rd minute of the match. When Anísio da Rocha fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EDI MZB's protests and gave Anísio da Rocha a yellow card for diving instead. Anísio da Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. EDI MZB walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
