Armando Cerezo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cacey Sharp in the 12th minute of the match. Bruno Guimarães kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Luís Fernando Arce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joris Scheers short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got CJ Buffon to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to FC Barrera 2.0 getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Válbson Vidal hit a great ball. Cacey Sharp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 40 minutes into the game, FC Barrera 2.0's Cacey Sharp nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Armando Cerezo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. FC Barrera 2.0's CJ Buffon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Barrera 2.0 from getting a goal against them. Armando Cerezo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cacey Sharp in the 43rd minute of play. CJ Buffon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernardinho Abreu in the 47th minute. After 49 minutes FC Barrera 2.0's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bernardinho Abreu who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Jaime Patrício heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joris Scheer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, S.C.CHUÍ's Armando Cerezo got control of the ball when Cacey Sharp tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rolando Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. FC Barrera 2.0 made a substitution. Sidnei Donato replaced Mao Zhen. FC Barrera 2.0's Dadá Maravilha was substituted for Cacey Sharp. Rolando Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Neither S.C.CHUÍ or FC Barrera 2.0 succeeded in finding a winner during the second half. That meant the players faced another 30 minutes of extra-time.

All the players looked a little tired when it was time for the first half of the overtime. It was FC Barrera 2.0's Dadá Maravilha that got to make the kick off. Caetano Paranaense kicked well hit freekick during the 102nd minute of the match. Armando Cerezo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dadá Maravilha in the 104th minute of the match. 105 minutes into the game, FC Barrera 2.0's Dadá Maravilha nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Armando Cerezo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2.
