Amancio Artal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bayındır Akçalı in the 11th minute of the match. In the 14th minute of the match Peter Heil sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amancio Artal skillfully saved the ball. Patrik Nagel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mauro Incendio got free with Sebastian Latocha in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th minute, Bayındır Akçalı ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amancio Artal was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Titanes Mayas's Amancio Artal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bayındır Akçalı in the 31st minute of play. After some careless play in the Titanes Mayas defense, Patrik Nagel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amancio Artal. The Titanes Mayas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amancio Artal should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Freestylers's Sebastian Latocha got control of the ball when Lisandro Leoiar tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 41st match minute, Freestylers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bayındır Akçalı to maneuver through the defense. Freestylers's Sebastian Latocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Apolo Bastiaro in the 45th minute of play. Sebastian Latocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Incendio in the 46th minute of play. After the first half Freestylers were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Dirk Schlager might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amancio Artal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dirk Schlager ran back to his position shaking his head. Amancio Artal made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Patrik Nagel sent off a good shot on target. Amancio Artal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bayındır Akçalı, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. A hard shot 63 in the game by Bayındır Akçalı from a close distance when the talented Amancio Artal managed to make a qualified save. Titanes Mayas's players were relieved. Amancio Artal came out of the goal and Bayındır Akçalı tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tino Fenstermacher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 74 minutes into the match, Titanes Mayas's goalkeeper Amancio Artal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bayındır Akçalı. Bayındır Akçalı in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Amancio Artal, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of Freestylers booed when Titanes Mayas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Leoiar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amancio Artal acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 77th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Dirk Schlager. A collision led to Titanes Mayas getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Fernando Guifre hit a great ball. In the 79th minute of the match Peter Heil sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amancio Artal skillfully saved the ball. In the 81st minute Bayındır Akçalı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amancio Artal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bayındır Akçalı in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Amancio Artal, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Bayındır Akçalı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Freestylers's Patrik Nagel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Amancio Artal in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Amancio Artal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bayındır Akçalı in the 97th minute. The Freestylers supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Freestylers would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
