Sebastian Latocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucrețiu Nicodim in the 4th minute of play. Sebastian Latocha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucrețiu Nicodim's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Horea Hurmuzache didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bayındır Akçalı went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 8th match minute, Freestylers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Seetal Koulibaly to maneuver through the defense. Freestylers's Sebastian Latocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryszard Borcz in the 10th minute of play. A collision led to Freestylers getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Arne Jakob hit a great ball. In the 18thth minute of the game Ryszard Borcz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Freestylers's Sebastian Latocha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 22nd minute Ryszard Borcz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Latocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Horea Hurmuzache managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Freestylers's Bayındır Akçalı fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 24th minute, Ryszard Borcz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sebastian Latocha was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 27th minute, Arne Jakob got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 37 minutes, Dirk Schlager managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Freestylers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dirk Schlager was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bayındır Akçalı struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Horea Hurmuzache didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Freestylers. Bayındır Akçalı's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 44thth minute, Horea Hurmuzache skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 48 played minutes Freestylers got a freekick which was hit by Patrik Nagel. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Basarab Zburliş stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Horea Hurmuzache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bayındır Akçalı, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Sebastian Latocha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryszard Borcz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Horea Hurmuzache made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bayındır Akçalı in the 68th minute of play. Horea Hurmuzache showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bayındır Akçalı in the 70th minute of the match. Sebastian Latocha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryszard Borcz, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Bayındır Akçalı took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Horea Hurmuzache. Horea Hurmuzache dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Freestylers made a substitution. Tino Fenstermacher replaced Arne Jakob. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bayındır Akçalı in the 84th minute of play forced DINAMO's goalkeeper Horea Hurmuzache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 86 in the game by Ryszard Borcz from a close distance when the talented Sebastian Latocha managed to make a qualified save. Freestylers's players were relieved. When Bayındır Akçalı came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Freestylers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bayındır Akçalı couldn't finish the play. Bayındır Akçalı struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. After 96 played minutes Freestylers got a freekick which was hit by Dirk Schlager. After 97 played minutes, DINAMO's Lucrețiu Nicodim shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sebastian Latocha came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in DINAMO reached it.
