SAN LORENZO FC's John Locke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victoriano Cruz in the 14th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciriaco Cordarrell in the 16th minute of play forced Oflador FC 2003's goalkeeper Godfredo Frascuelo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SAN LORENZO FC's Marcelo Michael quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Narciso Ospetsu, made in the 22nd minute of the game. Ciriaco Cordarrell had several of the Oflador FC 2003's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 24 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Godfredo Frascuelo as he didn't even see the shot coming. 27 minutes into the match, Ciriaco Cordarrell notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Oflador FC 2003's Godfredo Frascuelo. Felix Lehior might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over John Locke. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felix Lehior ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 59th minute Felix Lehior shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Locke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Oflador FC 2003 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. When the referee ended the match the SAN LORENZO FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
