After some careless play in the Titanes Mayas defense, Basarab Zburliş kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amancio Artal. The Titanes Mayas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amancio Artal should have stopped the shot. Eugen Jupân showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amado Dei, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lisandro Leoiar in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eugen Jupân saved DINAMO from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Lisandro Leoiar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eugen Jupân was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Leoiar in the 19th minute of play forced DINAMO's goalkeeper Eugen Jupân to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eugen Jupân took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lisandro Leoiar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amado Dei couldn't finish the play. In the 43rd minute there was a penalty for Titanes Mayas. Florencio Goyo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Eugen Jupân. 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ryszard Borcz to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee felt a red card was in order, 51 minutes into the game, when Imre Mihály put in a rough tackle. The supporters of DINAMO booed when Titanes Mayas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Imre Mihály didn't get a good kick on the ball. 54 minutes in the game, Amado Dei dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 62nd minute Amado Dei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugen Jupân saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Titanes Mayas's Eugen Jupân threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Amado Dei, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience was convinced that Amado Dei's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eugen Jupân was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Titanes Mayas's Urbano Tavio got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 71st match minute, Titanes Mayas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kong Shi Chao to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in DINAMO's zone, Mauro Incendio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eugen Jupân came out of the goal and Mauro Incendio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. DINAMO's Eugen Jupân played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Dei in the 76th minute of play. Lisandro Leoiar kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Călin Feroiu in the 78th minute of play forced Titanes Mayas's goalkeeper Amancio Artal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 84th play minutes Ryszard Borcz shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Amancio Artal and just under the crossbar into goal. 92 minutes into the match, Amado Dei dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eugen Jupân, 3-2.
