Borgo Doria F.C.'s Corrado Spitaleri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Godoy in the 20th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Auriolam II C.F.'s Cayetano Pagomari got a free kick in the 24th minute. After some careless play in the Borgo Doria F.C. defense, Miguel Godoy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Corrado Spitaleri. The Borgo Doria F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Corrado Spitaleri should have stopped the shot.
