C.A.Tapiales - Münster's Niko Leibrandt got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 11 minutes into the match, C.A.Tapiales - Münster's goal looked a bit too open when Charly Rusterholz came free, but Jâninho Potiguar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rondo were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after C.A.Tapiales - Münster's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rick de Zee took the corner. Orestis Lazarou made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Helmut Schepers sent off a good shot on target. Orestis Lazarou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helmut Schepers, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Helmut Schepers took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Orestis Lazarou to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 40 minutes, Niko Leibrandt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A.Tapiales - Münster's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niko Leibrandt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 41st minute, Niko Leibrandt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Rondo defense, Niko Leibrandt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Orestis Lazarou. The Rondo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Orestis Lazarou should have stopped the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The wind increased when Jacco Hekman made the kick off in the second half. Niko Leibrandt took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orestis Lazarou. Orestis Lazarou dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Niko Leibrandt scored 5-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Orestis Lazarou, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Charly Rusterholz hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Orestis Lazarou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Helmut Schepers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Miklos Gödicke came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the C.A.Tapiales - Münster fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miklos Gödicke couldn't finish the play. Miklos Gödicke scored 6-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Orestis Lazarou, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 73rd minute, Rick de Zee hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Orestis Lazarou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Helmut Schepers in the 75th minute of the match. In the 76th minute C.A.Tapiales - Münster were awarded a corner. Rudy Siong went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Rondo's goalie and right to Tohias Felipez. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Rondo's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niko Leibrandt in the 79th minute of play forced Rondo's goalkeeper Orestis Lazarou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Rondo defense, Niko Leibrandt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Orestis Lazarou. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. C.A.Tapiales - Münster had played much better football throughout.
