Philip Lovecraft fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fırat Aytekin having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Lucjan Szkarpiak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fırat Aytekin was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Lucjan Szkarpiak might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fırat Aytekin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucjan Szkarpiak ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dé Töpper in the 32nd minute of play forced Juliszew SSA's goalkeeper Zhuo Xuan Yu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Zhuo Xuan Yu threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Doğuhan Alpaslan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Zhuo Xuan Yu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dé Töpper in the 57th minute of play. Juliszew SSA's Xiao Xu quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Mehdi Brasselet, made in the 61st minute of the game. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind S.C. Corinthians Paulista's goalkeeper Fırat Aytekin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, Nildo Rosa notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Juliszew SSA's Zhuo Xuan Yu.
