The audience thought a goal was coming when Carl Hägert got free with Rasmus Lund in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maximilian Ljungberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rasmus Lund having to make a save. After 68 played minutes Hübbersfield SV got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Oskar Martinsson. Rasmus Lund acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 69th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Bengt Enström. The supporters of Huskvarna booed when Hübbersfield SV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. After some fancy dribbling in the 100th minute, Bengt Enström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Huskvarna's supporters rose to their feet, but Bengt Enström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rasmus Lund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the Huskvarna players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Hübbersfield SV.
