After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, 潘林 managed to get in a good position for a shot. AJ Auxerre's supporters rose to their feet, but 潘林 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ayhan Ergün breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 毛岚斌 kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Aşır Hayal put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of 于诚庭. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Muhittin Mesut managed to get in a good position for a shot. GALATASARAY's supporters rose to their feet, but Muhittin Mesut was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 于诚庭 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zülfikar Sargınal got a throw-in 12 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Seyrani Özsahin. AJ Auxerre's 于诚庭 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taner Oker in the 13th minute of play. A collision led to GALATASARAY getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Seyrani Özsahin hit a great ball. The supporters of GALATASARAY booed when AJ Auxerre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. 潘林 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aşır Hayal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 于诚庭 having to make a save. 17 minutes into the game, 苏威铮 recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ayhan Ergün. 苏威铮 showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind GALATASARAY's goalkeeper Ayhan Ergün, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. GALATASARAY's Ayhan Ergün proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save GALATASARAY from getting a goal against them. 23 minutes into the match, AJ Auxerre's goal looked a bit too open when Muhittin Mesut came free, but 于诚庭 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ayhan Ergün stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 苏威铮's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. After 25 minutes, 苏威铮 made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. GALATASARAY's Ayhan Ergün tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ayhan Ergün made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 苏威铮 in the 30th minute of play. A collision led to AJ Auxerre getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. 潘林 hit a great ball. Zülfikar Sargınal made in the 33rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Taner Oker however managed to control. 于诚庭 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aşır Hayal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in AJ Auxerre's zone, Aşır Hayal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 于诚庭 came out of the goal and Aşır Hayal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ayhan Ergün showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 苏威铮, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Batı Ferhat hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. GALATASARAY's Ayhan Ergün played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 龙城亮 in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 苏威铮 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, AJ Auxerre's goalkeeper 于诚庭 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Taner Oker. Ayhan Ergün didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 苏威铮 went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 苏威铮 in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ayhan Ergün prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Muhittin Mesut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 63 minutes, 苏威铮 made it 4-2 with a short kick to the right side. GALATASARAY's Ayhan Ergün tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the GALATASARAY defense, 苏威铮 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ayhan Ergün. The GALATASARAY fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ayhan Ergün should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, AJ Auxerre's 于诚庭 got control of the ball when Muhittin Mesut tried to sneak it across the goal line. Muhittin Mesut's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 71stth minute, 于诚庭 skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 73 minutes into the match, AJ Auxerre's goalkeeper 于诚庭 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Muhittin Mesut. In the 77th match minute, AJ Auxerre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 蒋桦桦 to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute, 苏威铮 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AJ Auxerre fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. 苏威铮 took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ayhan Ergün. Ayhan Ergün dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-2. If Seyrani Özsahin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by 苏威铮 in the 94th minute of play forced GALATASARAY's goalkeeper Ayhan Ergün to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AJ Auxerre were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of GALATASARAY for a fine match.
