In the 24th minute Radomil Nakonieczny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigel Botescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Simon Högberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damazy Joks, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Wicher Wilchwy Come Back's goal looked a bit too open when Damazy Joks came free, but Simon Högberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. A collision led to KS Olimpia Warszawa getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Walery Glapiak hit a great ball. With a little luck, KS Olimpia Warszawa's Gigel Botescu got control of the ball when Radomil Nakonieczny tried to sneak it across the goal line. The attack was good, but when Czeslaw Dubilas in the 96th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. KS Olimpia Warszawa had won after a very even match.
