Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Dariusz Bielejewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grzegorz Rasiak in the 51st minute of play. Ong Bongo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kim Hänninen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. FC Bemowo's Szczepan Fiszer managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ermegildo Rexino in the 73 minute of the game. Dariusz Bielejewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grzegorz Rasiak, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Grzegorz Rasiak scored 2-3 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dariusz Bielejewski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 95 minutes into the match, Wiktor Gomolka notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of FC Bemowo's Dariusz Bielejewski. Dariusz Bielejewski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fragleses were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
