In the 4th minute, Konrad Banaszak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mai Jian Xi in the 9thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Peter-Michael Schmeichel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 10th minute Mai Jian Xi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter-Michael Schmeichel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Roque Miliano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Artur Boruc was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Artur Boruc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Caniglia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mai Jian Xi in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peter-Michael Schmeichel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 26 minutes into the game, Markowy Team's Yu Yong Mo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Peter-Michael Schmeichel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Peter-Michael Schmeichel made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Zula Misiewicz sent off a good shot on target. Peter-Michael Schmeichel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Alcaraz in the 34th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Janusze Futbolu's goal looked a bit too open when Zula Misiewicz came free, but Peter-Michael Schmeichel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Artur Boruc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norbert Jaktorowo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peter-Michael Schmeichel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zula Misiewicz in the 38th minute. In the 39th minute Carlos Alcaraz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter-Michael Schmeichel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Janusze Futbolu's goal looked a bit too open when Yu Yong Mo came free, but Peter-Michael Schmeichel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mai Jian Xi took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Peter-Michael Schmeichel. Peter-Michael Schmeichel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1.

The wind increased when Claudio Caniglia made the kick off in the second half. From a short distance, Janusze Futbolu's Claudio Caniglia, in the 51st minute, tried to place the ball behind Artur Boruc, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Caniglia in the 53rd minute of play forced Markowy Team's goalkeeper Artur Boruc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Alcaraz in the 54th minute of play forced Janusze Futbolu's goalkeeper Peter-Michael Schmeichel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Janusze Futbolu's Peter-Michael Schmeichel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mai Jian Xi in the 57th minute of play. Peter-Michael Schmeichel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Alcaraz in the 58th minute of play. The Markowy Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artur Boruc should have stopped the shot. Artur Boruc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Caniglia, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Peter-Michael Schmeichel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Alcaraz in the 87th minute of play. Norbert Jaktorowo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Artur Boruc firmly grabbed it by the left post. With an all-out effort, Janusze Futbolu's Artur Boruc threw himself towards the right post 93 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Claudio Caniglia, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Artur Boruc was a little too slow when Norbert Jaktorowo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 2-3. The Janusze Futbolu supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Janusze Futbolu would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
