Claudio Caniglia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Artur Brack having to make a save. GKS Milenium's Artur Brack played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Caniglia in the 27th minute of play. Janusze Futbolu were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after GKS Milenium's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Danny Carey took the corner. After taking down the ball on Janusze Futbolu's corner Danny Carey fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Artur Brack quite easily take care of the ball. Claudio Caniglia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Claudio Caniglia notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of GKS Milenium's Artur Brack. Artur Brack was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 42 minutes into the match, Claudio Caniglia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Artur Brack. GKS Milenium's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Claudio Caniglia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Claudio Caniglia to make the kick off. Claudio Caniglia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Artur Brack having to make a save. 50 minutes into the match, GKS Milenium's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Caniglia came free, but Artur Brack reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 60 played minutes Claudio Caniglia rounded GKS Milenium's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. Janusze Futbolu's Devlet Toper was substituted for Danny Carey. Claudio Caniglia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 67th minute of the match, Claudio Caniglia tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Artur Brack saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Claudio Caniglia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artur Brack read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Claudio Caniglia might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Artur Brack. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudio Caniglia ran back to his position shaking his head. After 82 played minutes Janusze Futbolu got a freekick which was hit by Nicolás Tagliafico. Artur Brack made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Çağdaş Quaresma sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 88 minutes, Claudio Caniglia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Janusze Futbolu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claudio Caniglia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to GKS Milenium getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Juan José Ferraro hit a great ball. 李翔林 made in the 91st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Georges-Philippe Coussement immediately put the ball in play. After a defensive mix-up in GKS Milenium's zone, Claudio Caniglia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artur Brack came out of the goal and Claudio Caniglia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
