Janusze Futbolu's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lech Marek ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 13th minute of the match, Norbert Jaktorowo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marian Gniech saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 16 played minutes Janusze Futbolu got a freekick which was hit by Çağdaş Quaresma. Marian Gniech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norbert Jaktorowo in the 19th minute of the match. After 22 minutes Zagórna's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ricard Quaresma who took care of the corner kick. Janusze Futbolu's Ricard Quaresma was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marian Gniech in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Marian Gniech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norbert Jaktorowo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 26 minutes Zagórna's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ricard Quaresma who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Çağdaş Quaresma managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Jan-Åke Fransson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Peter-Michael Schmeichel having to make a save. 33 minutes into the match, Janusze Futbolu's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Åke Fransson came free, but Peter-Michael Schmeichel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan-Åke Fransson in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peter-Michael Schmeichel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Peter-Michael Schmeichel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Åke Fransson in the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Åke Fransson in the 40th minute of play forced Janusze Futbolu's goalkeeper Peter-Michael Schmeichel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, Jan-Åke Fransson made a precise shot to the right of Peter-Michael Schmeichel. Janusze Futbolu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan-Åke Fransson in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peter-Michael Schmeichel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Janusze Futbolu's Devlet Toper got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The wind increased when Jan-Åke Fransson made the kick off in the second half. If Jan-Åke Fransson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 61st minute Claudio Caniglia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marian Gniech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan-Åke Fransson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 67th playminute. Zagórna's Jaroslaw Milko was substituted for Florian Kapinos. Zagórna made a substitution. Ziemowit Soszka replaced Daniel Gerlach. Jan-Åke Fransson in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Zagórna were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after Janusze Futbolu's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lech Marek took the corner. Zagórna's Gică Popescu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Peter-Michael Schmeichel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Zagórna's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
