Marcu Hagi might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hernani da Rocha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcu Hagi ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Dacian Fetea sped through NGOP Football Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hernani da Rocha. 9 minutes into the match, NGOP Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Marcu Hagi came free, but Hernani da Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hernani da Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petrică Pârcălab in the 19th minute of the match. Hernani da Rocha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dacian Fetea, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 26thth minute of the game Dacian Fetea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NGOP Football Club's Hernani da Rocha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hernani da Rocha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dacian Fetea's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Șerban Moșanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Slavoljub Kjani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcu Hagi in the 35th minute of play forced NGOP Football Club's goalkeeper Hernani da Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the game, Irinel Gheondea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BlueLionesse's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave NGOP Football Club the free kick. A collision led to BlueLionesse getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Irinel Gheondea hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ermegildo Ramirez in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Șerban Moșanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. BlueLionesse's Șerban Moșanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save BlueLionesse from getting a goal against them. The NGOP Football Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. BlueLionesse were winning 0-2.

A collision led to BlueLionesse getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Rareș Vuşcan hit a great ball. In the 60th minute, Slavoljub Kjani made a precise shot to the right of Șerban Moșanu. BlueLionesse's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 63 minutes into the match, Slavoljub Kjani notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of BlueLionesse's Șerban Moșanu. Șerban Moșanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hernani da Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dacian Fetea in the 67th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcu Hagi got free with Hernani da Rocha in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonče Urgovski in the 70th minute of play forced BlueLionesse's goalkeeper Șerban Moșanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hernani da Rocha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dacian Fetea in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hernani da Rocha saved NGOP Football Club from getting behind. When BlueLionesse's Dacian Fetea in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye NGOP Football Club's goalie prevented a goal. In the last second Hernani da Rocha throw himself and got hold of the ball when Dacian Fetea in the 91stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 94 minutes into the match, NGOP Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Dacian Fetea came free, but Hernani da Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The BlueLionesse supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing BlueLionesse would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
