ITAFUT 4EVER's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 卡納里尼奧 FC the free kick. A collision led to ITAFUT 4EVER getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Léo Velasco hit a great ball. The supporters of 卡納里尼奧 FC booed when ITAFUT 4EVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anderson Sampaio didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Laerte Marquez in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ernesto Varela saved ITAFUT 4EVER from getting behind. After 30 played minutes ITAFUT 4EVER got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Paulo Munhoz. Ernesto Varela made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Agostinho Guedes sent off a good shot on target. Carlos Marinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Paulo Munhoz in the 40th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

ITAFUT 4EVER's Betão Moura was substituted for Robinho Magalhães. ITAFUT 4EVER made a substitution. Ronaldinho Costa replaced Pedro Paulo Munhoz. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anderson Sampaio to make the kick off. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Estevez Palmeira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, 卡納里尼奧 FC's Agostinho Guedes got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute Rômulo Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Marinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th match minute, 卡納里尼奧 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eurico Paes to maneuver through the defense. With 72 minutes on the clock, Sebastião Diniz commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 71st minute of the game. One of ITAFUT 4EVER:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of 卡納里尼奧 FC:s goal. After a defensive mix-up in ITAFUT 4EVER's zone, Laerte Marquez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ernesto Varela came out of the goal and Laerte Marquez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlos Marinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anderson Sampaio, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Carlos Marinho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anderson Sampaio in the 91st minute.
