An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Gil in the 18th minute of play forced PLUMIN's goalkeeper Leonides Matteo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Bartolome hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute of the match Genaro Frechoso shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leonides Matteo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. PLUMIN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dionisio Emesto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edgardo Lleir made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Maximino Casado made a precise shot to the right of Amancio Paez. PLUMIN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Cristofol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 73rd minute, Desiderio Corderun made a precise shot to the right of Leonides Matteo. PLUMIN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. A hard shot 83 in the game by Dionisio Emesto from a close distance when the talented Leonides Matteo managed to make a qualified save. PLUMIN's players were relieved. After 89 played minutes, Falckner FC's Jimeno Celio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leonides Matteo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Falckner FC reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Edgardo Lleir managed to get in a good position for a shot. Falckner FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgardo Lleir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonides Matteo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
