Gualterio Quiroga's late challenge caught a PLUMIN's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gualterio Quiroga helped the player get up and apologised. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Clodoveo Benvide to strike the kick off in the second half. Claudio Dantel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Froilan Urtungo in the 63rd minute. In the 68th minute, Baldomero Frasco made a precise shot to the right of Leonides Matteo. PLUMIN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Leonides Matteo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victorino Iban went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Through an outstanding action, after 79 minutes, Claudio Dantel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Leonides Matteo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentino Izotz in the 85th minute of play. After 86 played minutes La Maquina 9-12-18 got a freekick which was hit by Teobaldo Muno. PLUMIN's Celedonio Urritz couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 87th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for La Maquina 9-12-18. Baldomero Frasco hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the match, Timoteo Tomi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonides Matteo. PLUMIN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Timoteo Tomi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. There was no doubt that La Maquina 9-12-18 were the better team. La Maquina 9-12-18's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
