Samuca Tróia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Leonides Matteo made a huge save. After some careless play in the PLUMIN defense, Samuca Tróia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonides Matteo. The PLUMIN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonides Matteo should have stopped the shot. Leonides Matteo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Daniel Bueno showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 12 minute of play. Samuca Tróia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. PLUMIN's Leonides Matteo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save PLUMIN from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, PLUMIN's Leonides Matteo got control of the ball when Claudinei Arantes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leonides Matteo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuca Tróia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the game, Ekzema F.V.'s Samuca Tróia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonides Matteo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. PLUMIN's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Samuca Tróia scored to the left of an out of position Leonides Matteo, making the score, 4-0. Ekzema F.V.'s Claudinei Arantes got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, PLUMIN's Leonides Matteo got control of the ball when Samuca Tróia tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claudinei Arantes got free with Leonides Matteo in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

Leonides Matteo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Samuca Tróia's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. 52 minutes into the match, PLUMIN's goal looked a bit too open when Samuca Tróia came free, but Leonides Matteo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonides Matteo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuca Tróia in the 55th minute of the match. The supporters of PLUMIN booed when Ekzema F.V. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Márcio de Mendonça didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Bueno took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonides Matteo. Leonides Matteo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Bueno in the 71st minute of play forced PLUMIN's goalkeeper Leonides Matteo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, Samuca Tróia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ekzema F.V. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. A collision led to PLUMIN getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Nereo Bastian hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in PLUMIN's zone, Claudinei Arantes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonides Matteo came out of the goal and Claudinei Arantes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 84 minutes, Samuca Tróia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ekzema F.V. and the PLUMIN players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 84th match minute, Ekzema F.V. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuca Tróia to maneuver through the defense. Leonides Matteo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Márcio de Mendonça in the 86th minute of the match. Sílvio Cordeiro acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 89th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Celedonio Urritz. Leonides Matteo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuca Tróia in the 91st minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Ekzema F.V. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
