The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fae Folgore's Aureliusz Bilicki quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Janusz Zajac, made in the 6th minute of the game. In the 9th match minute, Fae Folgore was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Korneliusz Piatek to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Fae Folgore defense, Lech Wolicki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Milosz Napierkowski. The Fae Folgore fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Milosz Napierkowski should have stopped the shot. Janusz Zajac kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. If Jedrzej Kosiorek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the match, BESTIA GDAŃSK's goal looked a bit too open when Wincent Zawadzki came free, but Wawrzyniec Poling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Tobiasz Majewski fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BESTIA GDAŃSK's protests and gave Tobiasz Majewski a yellow card for diving instead. Tobiasz Majewski hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Fae Folgore's Milosz Napierkowski got control of the ball when Lucjan Markowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 36th match minute, BESTIA GDAŃSK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cyryl Patrylo to maneuver through the defense. Jedrzej Kosiorek scored 1-2 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wawrzyniec Poling, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Wawrzyniec Poling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucjan Odachowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute, Jedrzej Kosiorek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fae Folgore fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. After the first half Fae Folgore were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cyryl Patrylo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lech Wolicki kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After 55 played minutes Fae Folgore got a freekick which was hit by Lucjan Odachowski. After 68 minutes, Lucjan Odachowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fae Folgore and the BESTIA GDAŃSK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 68th match minute, Fae Folgore was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucjan Odachowski to maneuver through the defense. Fae Folgore's Milosz Napierkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucjan Markowski in the 69th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Jedrzej Kosiorek kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wawrzyniec Poling. That made the score 1-4 in the 71 minute of play. Lucjan Odachowski kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Jedrzej Kosiorek who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Wawrzyniec Poling when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The Fae Folgore supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Fae Folgore would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
