The supporters of PLUMIN booed when Holmkjar Hotspurs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olfert Lodian didn't get a good kick on the ball. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Aleksander Thalbitzer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Cristofol in the 27th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Halfdan Wøldike got free with Leonides Matteo in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jorge Cristofol stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Leonides Matteo came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Holmkjar Hotspurs's Olfert Lodian. But to his dismay, Olfert Lodian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 54th minute, Froilan Urtungo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonides Matteo came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Holmkjar Hotspurs's Helmuth Mannsmeier. But to his dismay, Helmuth Mannsmeier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. When Helmuth Mannsmeier came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Holmkjar Hotspurs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Helmuth Mannsmeier couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Holmkjar Hotspurs booed when PLUMIN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Bartolome didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonides Matteo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Helmuth Mannsmeier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the game, Holmkjar Hotspurs's Halfdan Wøldike nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonides Matteo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 82 minutes into the game, Helmuth Mannsmeier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Holmkjar Hotspurs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PLUMIN the free kick. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Holmkjar Hotspurs had won after a very even match.
