Sílvio Cordeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugen Bobocea, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Samuca Tróia struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Horea Hurmuzache didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ekzema F.V.. Emanuel Ardeleanu hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Samuca Tróias short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Horea Hurmuzache to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Remus Șerbulea kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. A collision led to DINAMO getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Remus Elisei hit a great ball. The long shot by Fabinho Sarmento in the 17th minute really tested Horea Hurmuzache's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Samuca Tróia got free with Horea Hurmuzache in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 22nd minute, Iosif Asachi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sílvio Cordeiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 26th minute Emanuel Ardeleanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sílvio Cordeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 28 minutes, Samuca Tróia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ekzema F.V. and the DINAMO players grew even worse after the yellow card. Samuca Tróia hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute Samuca Tróia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horea Hurmuzache saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 37 played minutes DINAMO got a freekick which was hit by Nechifor Şimandan. After having played for 38 minutes, Fabinho Sarmento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ekzema F.V.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabinho Sarmento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. DINAMO's Horea Hurmuzache played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Batista in the 42nd minute of play. Călin Boteanu's late challenge caught a Ekzema F.V.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Călin Boteanu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 43rd match minute, DINAMO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Călin Boteanu to maneuver through the defense. Márcio de Mendonça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Horea Hurmuzache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adam Rednic made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Eugen Bobocea managed to get in a good position for a shot. DINAMO's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugen Bobocea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sílvio Cordeiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Ekzema F.V. getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Maicon Linhares hit a great ball. Horea Hurmuzache took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuca Tróia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adam Rednic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sílvio Cordeiro having to interfere. Claudinei Arantes hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Sílvio Cordeiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iosif Asachi in the 77th minute. After 82nd play minutes Adam Rednic shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Sílvio Cordeiro and just under the crossbar into goal. If Claudinei Arantes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Samuca Tróia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horea Hurmuzache having to interfere. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Samuca Tróia sped through DINAMO's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Horea Hurmuzache. A collision led to DINAMO getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Remus Șerbulea hit a great ball. Călin Boteanu hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. When Ekzema F.V.'s Samuca Tróia in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye DINAMO's goalie prevented a goal. The DINAMO players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
