Aleksander Thalbitzer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Aleksander Thalbitzer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuca Tróia in the 6th minute of play. Matheus Aparecido was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 10 minutes into the match. Matheus Aparecido hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ekzema F.V.'s goalkeeper Sílvio Cordeiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ekzema F.V.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Jimi Okley scored to the left of an out of position Sílvio Cordeiro, making the score, 1-0. The supporters of Holmkjar Hotspurs booed when Ekzema F.V. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Márcio de Mendonça didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernando Batista hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Jimi Okley received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sílvio Cordeiro came out and tried to block the shot, but Jimi Okley slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 27th minute. Ejvin Stenbryggen made in the 31st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ted Hurupp immediately put the ball in play. Ekzema F.V.'s Sílvio Cordeiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Ekzema F.V. from getting a goal against them. Holmkjar Hotspurs's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Halfdan Wøldike in the 35th minute. Vilfred Bornkessel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Sílvio Cordeiro made a huge save. The wind increased when Fernando Batista made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Ekzema F.V. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maicon Linhares to maneuver through the defense. Sílvio Cordeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Halfdan Wøldike, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Halfdan Wøldike received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Sílvio Cordeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 69 minutes of play, Holmkjar Hotspurs's Jimi Okley made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sílvio Cordeiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Holmkjar Hotspurs made a substitution. Reinhard Buddegård replaced Walther Heltbroe. Aleksander Thalbitzer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Batista, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Sílvio Cordeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimi Okley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Daniel Bueno came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Ekzema F.V. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Bueno couldn't finish the play. Ekzema F.V.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
