When Remus Șerbulea fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DINAMO's protests and gave Remus Șerbulea a yellow card for diving instead. After 6 played minutes DINAMO got a freekick which was hit by Remus Șerbulea. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hortêncio Viana in the 7th minute of play forced DINAMO's goalkeeper Horea Hurmuzache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Divina Comédia FC's Dorian Valladares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Horea Hurmuzache narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Rednic in the 11th minute of play forced Divina Comédia FC's goalkeeper Rogério Ceni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remus Șerbulea kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Horea Hurmuzache showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hortêncio Viana in the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th minute Dorian Valladares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horea Hurmuzache saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hortêncio Viana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Horea Hurmuzache read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. DINAMO's Horea Hurmuzache played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hortêncio Viana in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Cristiano Furtado notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of DINAMO's Horea Hurmuzache. Horea Hurmuzache was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 29 minutes into the match, Divina Comédia FC's goalkeeper Rogério Ceni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adam Rednic. Rogério Ceni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Rednic, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Hortêncio Viana struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Horea Hurmuzache didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Divina Comédia FC. After a defensive mix-up in DINAMO's zone, Hortêncio Viana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Horea Hurmuzache came out of the goal and Hortêncio Viana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Gică Bocșan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Divina Comédia FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Váldson Lopes hit a great ball. When Sever Colin fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DINAMO's protests and gave Sever Colin a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, DINAMO's Sever Colin got a free kick in the 46th minute.

After a defensive mix-up in DINAMO's zone, Dorian Valladares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Horea Hurmuzache came out of the goal and Dorian Valladares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Horea Hurmuzache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hortêncio Viana, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Gică Bocșan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogério Ceni having to interfere. In the 66th match minute, DINAMO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remus Elisei to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of DINAMO booed when Divina Comédia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dieguinho de Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. Horea Hurmuzache made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dorian Valladares in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute, Remus Șerbulea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hortêncio Viana in the 79th minute of play forced DINAMO's goalkeeper Horea Hurmuzache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Divina Comédia FC's Hortêncio Viana got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Dorian Valladares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dorian Valladares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 99th minute of the match, but Horea Hurmuzache made a huge save. Divina Comédia FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
