The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute Laerte Marquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Matteo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Froilan Urtungo during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 7th match minute, PLUMIN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Froilan Urtungo to maneuver through the defense. In the 9thth minute of the game Agostinho Guedes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PLUMIN's Leonides Matteo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. PLUMIN's Leonides Matteo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agostinho Guedes in the 11th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Agostinho Guedes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Leonides Matteo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leonides Matteo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laerte Marquez in the 21st minute of the match. PLUMIN's Froilan Urtungo got his second yellow card of the match in the 25th minute. The referee ordered Froilan Urtungo off the ground. Froilan Urtungo kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Leonides Matteo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agostinho Guedes went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 37th minute Régis Vides shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Matteo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 卡納里尼奧 FC's Armandinho Pombal pulled a muscle in his back after 44 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 44 minutes, Ruperto Osmundo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PLUMIN and the 卡納里尼奧 FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 卡納里尼奧 FC's Ronaldão Torres was substituted for Armandinho Pombal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jorge Cristofol to strike the kick off in the second half. Agostinho Guedes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 50th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Laerte Marquez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Leonides Matteo made a huge save. After 52 played minutes PLUMIN got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Cristofol. Carlos Marinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Emeterio in the 55th minute of the match. After 55 minutes, Giuseppe Albuquerque mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 卡納里尼奧 FC and the PLUMIN players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 55th minute, Giuseppe Albuquerque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the match, PLUMIN's goalkeeper Leonides Matteo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Laerte Marquez. With an all-out effort, 卡納里尼奧 FC's Leonides Matteo threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Agostinho Guedes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Amílton Marinho hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Régis Vides recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Leonides Matteo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Laerte Marquez got free with Leonides Matteo in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. PLUMIN's Leonides Matteo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agostinho Guedes in the 76th minute of play. With his leg Leonides Matteo managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when 卡納里尼奧 FC's Agostinho Guedes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 87th minute 卡納里尼奧 FC were awarded a corner. Régis Vides went to the cornerflag to take it. A very nice done corner allowed Laerte Marquez to score against Leonides Matteo in PLUMIN's goal. 0-6 after 87 minutes. In the 90th minute, Uriel Pitin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute, Celedonio Urritz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Agostinho Guedes in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonides Matteo saved PLUMIN from getting behind. 卡納里尼奧 FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
