But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristiano Furtado couldn't finish the play. 14 minutes into the match, Holmkjar Hotspurs's goalkeeper Aleksander Thalbitzer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dorian Valladares. 15 minutes into the game, Hortêncio Viana cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Aleksander Thalbitzer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cristiano Furtado was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 25th minute. Divina Comédia FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Dorian Valladares's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Aleksander Thalbitzer firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a little luck, Holmkjar Hotspurs's Aleksander Thalbitzer got control of the ball when Cristiano Furtado tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristiano Furtado got free with Aleksander Thalbitzer in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aleksander Thalbitzer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dieguinho de Almeida in the 61st minute of play. The supporters of Divina Comédia FC booed when Holmkjar Hotspurs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ejvin Stenbryggen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristiano Furtado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aleksander Thalbitzer having to interfere. In the 65th match minute, Divina Comédia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Simão to maneuver through the defense.
