Andrézinho Loyola made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Adriano Ribeiro sent off a good shot on target. After taking down the ball on The Obscurials's corner Edelmiro Mateo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Andrézinho Loyola quite easily take care of the ball. The corner led The Obscurials's Fabian Spânu to fire away a dangerous shot which Andrézinho Loyola despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Adriano Ribeiro struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Andrézinho Loyola didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adriano Ribeiro made a kick off. Andrézinho Loyola was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Obscurials's Angelo Eiró was substituted for Cliff Rowden. In the 68th minute, Anders Westerstrand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andrézinho Loyola was left in no man's land by his defense there! Andrézinho Loyola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lawrance Grandison in the 93rd minute of play.
