Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sergiu Coșeriu started the match with the kick off. With his leg Aurelian Coporan managed to avoid a goal in the 4thth minute, when Inmortales FC's Tomás Garcia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 7 played minutes Academia Rio got a freekick which was hit by Valeriu Ilinca. Aurelian Coporan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Larry Colby went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 13 minutes into the match, Inmortales FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sergiu Coșeriu came free, but Toby Herget reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Academia Rio getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Valeriu Ilinca hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Tomás Garcia put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Aurelian Coporan. 20 minutes into the game, Jasper Agoos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Inmortales FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Academia Rio the free kick. Jasper Agoos kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Toby Herget showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radu Păvăloae in the 23rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergiu Coșeriu in the 25th minute of play forced Inmortales FC's goalkeeper Toby Herget to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Academia Rio's goalkeeper Aurelian Coporan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomás Garcia. Aurelian Coporan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orville Jacobson in the 29th minute of play. Orville Jacobson struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Aurelian Coporan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Inmortales FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Orville Jacobson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inmortales FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Orville Jacobson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aurelian Coporan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jean Oltean was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 48 minutes into the match. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Academia Rio! In the 50th minute there was a penalty for Inmortales FC. Larry Colby stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Aurelian Coporan. 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After having played for 55 minutes, Aron Suşu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Academia Rio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aron Suşu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Inmortales FC's Tomás Garcia got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 61stth minute of the game Tomás Garcia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Academia Rio's Aurelian Coporan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 68th minute, Virgil Şimonca reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Toby Herget. The goal made the score 3-1. Toby Herget made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergiu Coșeriu in the 71st minute of play. Toby Herget was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aron Suşu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 76 minute of play. In the 79th minute Orville Jacobson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelian Coporan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Larry Colby took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aurelian Coporan. Academia Rio's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Inmortales FC's goal looked a bit too open when Virgil Şimonca came free, but Toby Herget reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adrian Blănaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th match minute, Academia Rio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radu Păvăloae to maneuver through the defense. The audience held their breath when Larry Colby in the 92nd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Aurelian Coporan's left hand side. Inmortales FC's Toby Herget proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Inmortales FC from getting a goal against them. In the 97th minute, Alex Nicolae hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orville Jacobson in the 100th minute of play forced Academia Rio's goalkeeper Aurelian Coporan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aurelian Coporan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orville Jacobson, who was totally free with the ball in the 100th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Academia Rio players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Inmortales FC.
